Our Community Sports Day is a free event designed to bring our community together through movement, health, and fun. Built on the values of radical inclusivity, this day offers people of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels the chance to try new activities in a zero-pressure environment.

A major highlight of the day is our all-abilities kickboxing, which perfectly embodies our mission to keep fitness accessible, empowering, and enjoyable.
